Turn Round Time (TRT) at Pier 5 of Merak Port often exceeds the 60-minute operational standard, resulting in delays in ship services and vehicle congestion in the port area. This study aims to analyze the influence of loading and unloading productivity and berthing time, both partially and simultaneously, on the TRT of passenger ships. Using a quantitative causal-associative method to determine the effects of cargo handling productivity and berthing time, this study examined 84 ship trips elected via random sampling. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS, including classical assumption tests, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination. The results indicate that, when analyzed partially, cargo handling productivity does not have a significant effect on Turn Round Time with a calculated t-value of 0.157 < the critical t-value of 1.990 and a significance level of 0.875 > 0.05. Conversely, berthing time has a positive and significant effect on Turn Round Time with a calculated t-value of 26.971 > table t-value of 1.990 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, loading and unloading productivity and berthing time have a significant effect on Turnaround Time, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a coefficient of determination of 0.920, indicating that 92.0% of the variation in Turnaround Time can be explained by the two research variables.
