PENGARUH JARAK TANAM TERHADAP KANDUNGAN PROTEIN KASAR, LEMAK KASAR DAN SERAT KASAR TANAMAN INDIGOFERA ZOLLINGERIANA

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jarak tanam terhadap kandungan protein kasar dan lemak kasar serta serat kasar tanaman Indigofera zollingeriana. Materi penelitian yang digunakan berupa tanaman Indigofera zollingeriana, tanah, pupuk kandang, air dan bahan analisis di Laboratorium. Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperiment dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). Terdapat empat jenis perlakuan yaitu J1= Jarak tanam 1,00m × 1,25m, J2= Jarak tanam 1,00m × 1,00m, J3= Jarak tanam 1,00m × 0,75m, J4= Jarak tanam 1,00m×0,50m, dengan enam ulangan, sehingga diperoleh 24 unit percobaan. Variabel yang diteliti adalah protein kasar, serat kasar, lemak kasar. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah sidik ragam. Hasil sidik ragam menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan jarak tanam tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap kandungan protein kasar dan serat kasar serta lemak kasar tanaman Indigofera zollingeriana. Simpulan, penggunaan jarak tanam yang berbeda pada tanaman Indigofera zollingeriana berpengaruh relatif sama terhadap kandungan protein kasar, lemak kasar dan serat kasar. Perlakuan J1 memiliki nilai rataan tertinggi terhadap kandungan protein kasar (27,09%) dan lemak kasar pada perlakuan J4 (5,72%) sedangkan kadar serat kasar terendah pada perlakuan J1 (14,22%).
The aim of this study was to determine the effect of spacing on the crude protein, crude fiber and extract ether content of the Indigofera zollingeriana plant. The research material used was the Indigofera zollingeriana plant, soil, manure, water and analytical materials in the laboratory. The study used an experimental method with a completely randomized design (CRD). There were four types of treatment, namely J1 = 1,00m×1,25m spacing planted, J2 = 1,00m×1,00m spacing, J3 = 1,00m×0,75m spacing, J4 = 1,00m×0,75m spacing planted 1,00m×0,50m, with six replications, so that 24 experimental units were obtained. The variables studied were crude protein, crude fiber, extract ether. Analysis of the data used is analisis of variance. The results of the analysis of variance showed that the effect of the spacing planted had no significant effect (P>0,05) on the crude protein and crude fiber and extract ether content of the Indigofera zollingeriana plant. In conclusion, the use of different spacing on Indigofera zollingeriana has relatively the same effect on the content crude protein, crude fiber and extract ether. Treatment J1 a higher average value for crude protein (27,09%) and extract ether J4 (5,72%) and the lowest crude fiber content was in the J1 treatment (14,22%).
