KOMPARASI DESAIN CASING METODE CNOOC DENGAN METODE MINIMUM SET PADA OPERASI PEMBORAN DI SUMUR R-1 LAPANGAN MS

Abstrak

Dalam usaha untuk mengangkat minyak dan gas bumi dari reservoir kepermukaan, perusahan yang bergerak di bidang minyak dan gas harus melakukan operasi pemboran. Operasi pemboran ini sendiri bertujuan untuk membuat jalur agar minyak dan gas bumi dapat diproduksikan atau di angkat kepermukaan. Namun biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk melakukan operasi pemboran ini tidaklah sedikit bahkan bisa di kategorikan suatu pekerjaan yang sangat mahal. Oleh karena itu untuk menekan budget dari operasi pemboran perlu adanya efisiensi dengan melakukan perencanaan yang matang. Salah satu aspek yang perlu diperhatikan dalam perhitungan biaya dalam operasi pemboran adalah penentuan desain casing. penentuan desain casing ini amatlah berpengaruh pada biaya operasi pemboran karena pemasangan casing merupakan salah satu point yang paling mahal pada operasi pemboran. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya perhitungan dan perencaan yang tepat sebelum memutuskan memakai casing yang sesuai dan efisien. Pada penelitianini penulis akan mengevaluasi desain casing pada sumur R-1, lapangan MS. penelitian ini diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai saran dan bahan untuk mengevaluasi perencanaan casing yang paling baik dan aman.

In order to attempt lifting crude oil and natural gas from reservoir to thesurface, every Oil & Gas companies have to do drilling operation. The object ofdrilling operation is to create a hole from the reservoir untill the surface as a path for the fluids flowing from the reservoir to the surface. But, the cost incurred to perform the drilling operations was a little even we could categorize it as a very expensive work.Therefore, to pushing low the budget of drilling opertion, we have to make a good planning before the operation was started. One of the aspect from the drilling operations that we have to give attention is design of the casing. A good planning of casing design is very important for this operation. Because it’s in directly related to the safety factor of the operations, and also related to the drilling cost. As we know the cost for casing, is one of the most expensive part in drilling operations which is will be influence for the final cost of the drilling opertions. So that, a good planning and a precise calculating is really necessary. Right before deciding to choose wich casing that we want to apply in the well each traject. In this final assignment I am as the writter will evaluating the planning of the casing design on wells R-1 from MS field. This research was expected to could be used as a refference and consideration to evaluate a good and safe casing design planning.
