Abstrak

The use of nuclear energy is a controversial issue in many countries. There are many things that need to be considered before a country decides to utilize nuclear energy. In Indonesia, the use of nuclear energy is regulated by Law Number 10 of 1997 concerning Nuclear Energy. This law regulates the use of nuclear energy for peaceful purposes and provides the legal basis for the establishment of a nuclear monitoring institution in Indonesia. Several supporting factors are needed that can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the performance of public service agencies, especially those related to strategic leadership competency, nuclear safety culture, work climate and public service performance. From the results of the research, we concluded several things related to the influence of various factors on the performance of public services related to the use of nuclear energy in Indonesia. First, doubts arise regarding the direct influence of strategic leadership competence on public service performance related to the use of nuclear energy in Indonesia . Nuclear safety culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Work climate has a significant influence on public service performance related to nuclear energy in Indonesia. , it is important to understand the complex relationship between factors such as strategic leadership competence, nuclear safety culture, and work climate in the context of nuclear power management. The integration of strong leadership strategies, a solid safety culture and a positive work climate can produce optimal and sustainable public service performance in the use of nuclear energy in Indonesia.
