PENGARUH SUPLEMENTASI PAKAN KONSENTRAT MENGANDUNG LIMBAH ISI RUMEN SAPI FERMENTASI PADA LEVEL YANG BERBEDA TERHADAP RESPONS FISIOLOGIS (SUHU REKTAL, DENYUT JANTUNG, FREKUENSI PERNAPASAN) SAPI BALI BETINA

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh suplementasi pakan konsentrat mengandung limbah isi rumen sapi fermentasi pada level yang berbeda terhadap respons fisiologis (suhu rektal,denyut jantung frekuensi pernapasan) sapi Bali betina. Ternak sapi Bali betina sebanyak 4 ekor berumur 2-2,5 tahun dengan kisaran berat badan 130,5-173,5kg (X=153,33kg dan KV=7,8%). Metode penelitian, menggunakan Rancangan Bujur Sangkar Latin (RBSL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 4 periode sebagai ulangan. Adapun perlakuan dalam penelitian ini P0: pakan pola peternak + konsentrat tanpa isi rumen fermentasi (IRF), P1: pakan pola peternak + pakan konsentrat mengandung 20% IRF, P2: pakan pola peternak + pakan konsentrat mengandung 40% IRF, P3: pakan pola peternak + pakan konsentrat mengandung 60% IRF. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis ragam. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh rataan suhu rektal (0C) P0=37,58±6,50, P1=37,10±0,49, P2=37,45±0,33 dan P3=37,13±0,87. Denyut jantung (kali/menit) P0=83,75±0,98, P1=81,75±2,21, P2=81,25±1,70 dan P3=80,50±1,29. Frekuensi pernapasan (kali/menit) P0=27,75±0,95, P1=21,00±081, P2=21,25±0,9 dan P3=21,00±0,81. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan berpengaruh tidak nyata (P>0,05) terhadap status fisiologis sapi Bali betina. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu suplementasi pakan konsentrat mengandung limbah isi rumen sapi fermentasi hingga level 60% memberikan pengaruh relatif sama dan berada dalam kisaran normal terhadap kondisi fisiologis (suhu rektal, denyut jantung dan frekuensi pernapasan) sapi Bali betina
The aim of the research was to determine the effect of concentrate feed supplementation containing fermented cow rumen waste at different levels on the physiological response (rectal temperature, heart rate, respiratory frequency) of female Bali cattle. There are 4 female Bali cattle, aged 2-2.5 years with a body weight range of 130.5-173.5kg (X=153.33kg and KV=7.8%). The research method uses a Latin Square Design (RBSL) with 4 treatments and 4 periods as replications. The treatments in this study were P0: breeder pattern feed + concentrate without rumen fermentation (IRF), P1: breeder pattern feed + concentrate feed containing 20% IRF, P2: breeder pattern feed + concentrate feed containing 40% IRF, P3: pattern feed breeder + concentrate feed contains 60% IRF. The data obtained were analyzed using analysis of variance. Based on the research results, the average rectal temperature (0C) was P0 = 37.58 ± 6.50, P1 = 37.10 ± 0.49, P2 = 37.45 ± 0.33 and P3 = 37.13 ± 0.87. Heart rate (times/minute) P0=83.75±0.98, P1=81.75±2.21, P2=81.25±1.70 and P3=80.50±1.29. Respiratory frequency (times/minute) P0=27.75±0.95, P1=21.00±081, P2=21.25±0.9 and P3=21.00±0.81. The results of statistical analysis showed that the treatment had no significant effect (P>0.05) on the physiological status of female Bali cattle. The conclusion of this research is that supplementation of concentrate feed containing fermented cow rumen waste up to a level of 60% gives relatively the same effect and is within the normal range on the physiological conditions (rectal temperature, heart rate and respiratory frequency) of female Bali cattle.
