RELEVANSI PRINSIP MUSYAWARAH DALAM HADITS DENGAN PARTICIPATORY MANAGEMENT

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis relevansi prinsip musyawarah dalam hadis dengan konsep manajemen partisipasi dalam organisasi modern. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan tematik hadis dengan mengumpulkan dan menganalisis hadis yang berkaitan dengan musyawarah, didukung oleh metode kualitatif deskriptif analitik, serta teknik studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai musyawarah seperti keterbukaan, adil, partisipasi kolektif dan menghargai pendapat yang beragam selaras dengan manajemen partisipatif, sehingga menghasilkan proses pengambilan keputusan yang inklusif. Integrasi prinsip musyawarah dalam hadis dengan manajemen partisipasi menciptakan pendekatan komprehensif yang mampu menjawab kompleksitas organisasi. Integrasi ini menyediakan fondasi konseptual maupun praktis bagi kepemimpinan yang responsif terhadap nilai-nilai Islam sekaligus tantangan organisasi kontemporer. 

This study aims to analyze the relevance of the principle of deliberation in hadith with the concept of participation management in modern organizations. This study uses a thematic approach to hadith by collecting and analyzing hadith related to deliberation, supported by qualitative descriptive analytical methods, as well as literature study techniques. The results of the study show that deliberation values such as openness, fairness, collective participation and respect for diverse opinions are aligned with participatory management, resulting in an inclusive decision-making process. The integration of the principle of deliberation in hadith with participation management creates a comprehensive approach that is able to answer organizational complexity. This integration provides a conceptual and practical foundation for leadership that is responsive to Islamic values as well as the challenges of contemporary organizations.
