IMPLEMENTASI METODE AGILE SCRUM PADA PERANCANGAN SISTEM PRESENSI PESERTA DIDIK DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN TEKNOLOGI QR CODE DI MA RAUDLATUL MUSTHOFA

Abstrak

Sistem presensi peserta didik berbasis website yang memanfaatkan teknologi QR Code dikembangkan di MA Raudlatul Musthofa untuk menggantikan metode presensi manual yang selama ini dinilai kurang efisien, rawan manipulasi, serta memakan waktu dalam proses rekapitulasi data. Dalam pengembangannya, digunakan metodologi Agile Scrum yang memungkinkan tim pengembang merespons perubahan secara cepat dan adaptif sepanjang proses. Pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) diterapkan dengan serangkaian tahapan meliputi observasi, penyusunan backlog, perencanaan sprint, implementasi, hingga pengujian menggunakan metode black box testing. Hasil pengembangan menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu secara otomatis mencatat kehadiran siswa melalui pemindaian QR Code, menghasilkan laporan bulanan, serta memudahkan guru dan administrator dalam mengakses serta mengelola data presensi. Sistem ini dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, basis data MySQL, serta framework CodeIgniter untuk memastikan kinerja yang ringan, cepat, dan efisien. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian black box, seluruh fitur berfungsi sesuai harapan. Dengan penerapan sistem ini, pencatatan presensi di lingkungan sekolah menjadi lebih efisien dan akurat.

A web-based student attendance system that utilizes QR Code technology was developed at MA Raudlatul Musthofa to replace the manual attendance method which has been considered less efficient, prone to manipulation, and time-consuming in the data recapitulation process. In its development, the Agile Scrum methodology is used which allows the development team to respond to changes quickly and adaptively throughout the process. A Research and Development (R&D) approach was applied with a series of stages including observation, backlog preparation, sprint planning, implementation, and testing using the black box testing method. The development results show that the system is able to automatically record student attendance through QR Code scanning, produce monthly reports, and facilitate teachers and administrators in accessing and managing attendance data. The system is built using PHP programming language, MySQL database, and CodeIgniter framework to ensure lightweight, fast, and efficient performance. Based on the results of black box testing, all features function as expected. With the implementation of this system, recording attendance in the school environment becomes more efficient and accurate.
