HUBUNGAN PENGETAHUAN, SIKAP DAN SARANA DENGAN PERILAKU HIDUP BERSIH DAN SEHAT (PHBS) PADA ANAK USIA SEKOLAH DASAR DI SD NEGERI 78 KENDARI TAHUN 2025

Abstrak

Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) merupakan sekumpulan perilaku yang dipraktikkan atas dasar kesadaran individu untuk mencegah permasalahan kesehatan. Menurut Data Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara persentase Cakupan 5 Tahun terakhir untuk data Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat terlihat bahwa pada Tahun 2016 persentase Perilaku Hidup Bersih Dan Sehat sebesar 52% pada Tahun 2017 mengalami penurunan sebesar 49% dan kembali mengalami penurunan pada Tahun 2018 sebesar 46%, untuk Tahun 2019 mengalami kenaikan persentase sebesar 53% dan pada Tahun 2020 juga mengalami kenaikan sebesar 56%. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat pengetahuan, sikap dan sarana dengan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) pada anak usia sekolah dasar di SD Negeri 78 Kendari Tahun 2025. Jenis Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 259 adalah siswa kelas IV, V dan VI SD Negeri 78 Kendari, dan sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 155 orang, penggunaan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data meliputi univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan uji statistik spearman. Hasil uji statistik spearman memperoleh nilai bahwa pengetahuan (p value = 0,000), sikap (p value = 0,000), dan sarana (p value = 0,000). Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini yaitu ada hubungan antara pengetahuan, sikap dan sarana dengan PHBS di SD Negeri 78 Kendari  Tahun 2025.

Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) is a set of behaviors practiced based on individual awareness to prevent health problems. According to the Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Health Office Data, the percentage of Coverage for the last 5 years for Clean and Healthy Living Behavior data shows that in 2016 the percentage of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior was 52% in 2017 it decreased by 49% and decreased again in 2018 by 46%, for 2019 it increased by 53% and in 2020 it also increased by 56%. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge, attitudes and facilities with Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) in elementary school children at SD Negeri 78 Kendari in 2025. This type of research uses quantitative research with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study was 259 students in grades IV, V and VI of SD Negeri 78 Kendari, and the sample in this study was 155 people, the use of samples using purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis includes univariate and bivariate using the Spearman statistical test. The results of the Spearman statistical test obtained a value that knowledge (p value = 0.000), attitude (p value = 0.000), and facilities (p value = 0.000). The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between knowledge, attitude and facilities with PHBS at SD Negeri 78 Kendari in 2025
