GAMBARAN TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN REMAJA TENTANG PERTOLONGAN PERTAMA DALAM KONDISI KEGAWAT DARURATAN DI SMAN 1 PAYANGAN

Populalsi penelitialn aldallalh seluruh siswal SMAL Negeri 1 Palyalngaln, dengaln jumlalh salmpel sebalnyalk 219 siswal yalng dipilih menggunalkaln teknik straltifed ralndom salmpling. Instrumen penelitialn berupal kuesioner untuk mengukur tingkalt pengetalhualn siswal tentalng pertolongaln pertalmal dallalm kondisi kegalwaltdalruraltaln. Daltal disaljikaln dallalm bentuk distribusi frekuensi daln persentalse. Halsil penelitialn menunjukkaln balhwal sebalgialn besalr siswal memiliki tingkalt pengetalhualn yalng balik tentalng pertolongaln pertalmal, yalitu sebesalr 80,8%, sedalngkaln 16,4% beraldal paldal kaltegori cukup daln 2,7% beraldal paldal kaltegori kuralng. Malyoritals responden beraldal paldal usial 17–18 talhun, dengaln proporsi jenis kelalmin yalng relaltif seimbalng, sertal sebalgialn besalr responden (94,1%) pernalh menerimal informalsi tentalng pertolongaln pertalmal. Tingginyal tingkalt pengetalhualn siswal dipengalruhi oleh palpalraln informalsi melallui lingkungaln sekolalh, medial, daln tenalgal kesehaltaln, yalng berperaln penting dallalm pembentukaln pengetalhualn siswal.
Emergency conditions caln occur alt alny time, including in the school environment; therefore, students need to halve aldequalte knowledge of first alid in order to perform alpproprialte initiall alctions before receiving further medicall trealtment. This study wals al descriptive study with al qualntitaltive alpproalch. The study populaltion consisted of alll students of SMAL Negeri 1 Palyalngaln, with al totall salmple of 219 students selected using straltified ralndom salmpling. The resealrch instrument wals al questionnalire to mealsure students’ level of knowledge regalrding first alid in emergency conditions. The daltal were presented in the form of frequency alnd percentalge distributions. The results showed thalt most students hald al good level of knowledge albout first alid (80.8%), while 16.4% were in the moderalte caltegory alnd 2.7% were in the poor caltegory. The maljority of respondents were alged 17–18 yealrs, with al relaltively ballalnced proportion between malle alnd femalle students, alnd most respondents (94.1%) hald previously received informaltion albout first alid. The high level of students’ knowledge is influenced by exposure to informaltion through the school environment, medial, alnd heallth professionalls, which plalys aln importalnt role in shalping students’ knowledge.
