HUBUNGAN DUKUNGAN KELUARGA DENGAN KUALITAS HIDUP PASIEN JANTUNG KORONER DI POLIKLINIK JANTUNG RS. TK. III REKSODIWIRYO PADANG TAHUN 2025

Abstrak

Penyakit jantung koroner (PJK) atau dikenal dengan Coronary Artery Disease (CAD) adalah suatu kondisi yang disebabkan suplai darah dan oksigen ke miokardium yang tidak adekuat. Gejala yang ditimbulkan akibat gangguan jantung baik berupa variasi fisik (dyspnea, lelah, edema, kehilangan nafsu makan) maupun psikologis (kecemasan dan depresi) mempengaruhi kualitas hidup. Dukungan keluarga menjadi suatu faktor yang penting yang mempengaruhi kualitas hidup seseorang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan kualitas hidup pasien jantung koroner di Poliklinik Jantung RS. TK. III Reksodiwiryo Padang tahun 2025. Metode pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret – Agustus tahun 2025. Pengumpulan data pada tanggal 29 Juli – 05 Agustus 2025 di RS. TK. III Reksodiwiryo Padang. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien jantung koroner yang datang berkunjung ke RS. TK. III Reksodiwiryo Padang bulan Januari- Maret 2025 berjumlah 258 orang dengan sampel 72 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel accidental sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis penelitian univariat dan bivariat. Uji statistik yang digunakan uji Chi Square. Hasil penelitian didapatkan kurang dari separuh 30 (41,7%) responden memiliki kualitas hidup buruk. Lebih dari separuh 38 (52,8%) responden memiliki keluarga tidak mendukung. Ada hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan kualitas hidup pasien jantung koroner di RS. TK III Reksodiwiryo Padang Tahun 2025 (pvalue=0,001). Kesimpulan penelitian dukungan keluarga berhubungan dengan kualitas hidup pasien. Diharapkan perawat dapat memberikan edukasi dan informasi pada pasien jantung pada keluarga untuk mengatasi kualitas hidup yang buruk pada pasien jantung kroner di RS TK III Dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang tahun 2025.

Coronary heart disease (CHD), also known as Coronary Artery Disease (CAD), is a condition caused by inadequate blood and oxygen supply to the myocardium. Symptoms resulting from heart disease, both physical (dyspnea, fatigue, edema, loss of appetite) and psychological (anxiety and depression), affect quality of life. Family support is an important factor influencing a person's quality of life. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between family support and quality of life in coronary heart disease patients at the Heart Clinic of Reksodiwiryo Kindergarten III Hospital, Padang, in 2025. The method used in this study was quantitative analytic with a cross- sectional design. The study was conducted from March to August 2025. Data were collected from July 29 to August 5, 2025, at Reksodiwiryo Kindergarten III Hospital, Padang. The study population was all coronary heart disease patients visiting Reksodiwiryo Kindergarten III Hospital. The sample size for the study was 72 people from January to March 2025. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling. Data collection was conducted through interviews using a questionnaire. Univariate and bivariate analysis were used. The statistical test used was the Chi-square test. The results showed that less than half, 30 (41.7%) of the respondents, had a poor quality of life. More than half, 38 (52.8%) of the respondents, had unsupportive families. There was a relationship between family support and the quality of life of coronary heart disease patients at Dr. III Reksodiwiryo Hospital, Padang, in 2025 (p-value = 0.001). The study concluded that family support is related to the quality of life of patients. Nurses are expected to provide education and information to heart patients and their families to address the poor quality of life in coronary heart disease patients at Dr. III Reksodiwiryo Hospital, Padang, in 2025.
