PENGUKURAN EFEKTIVITAS QUAY CONTAINER CRANE MENGGUNAKAN METODE OVERALL EQUIPMENT EFFECTIVENESS DI TERMINAL PETIKEMAS KOJA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat efektivitas QCC di Terminal Petikemas Koja, mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja alat, serta merumuskan strategi perbaikan yang tepat. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) sebagai pendekatan pengukuran efektivitas peralatan berdasarkan tiga indikator utama: availability, performance, dan quality, yang kemudian didukung oleh analisis sebab-akibat menggunakan Fishbone Diagram, penentuan faktor dominan dengan Diagram Pareto, serta perumusan rekomendasi perbaikan melalui pendekatan 5W+1H. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai rata-rata OEE sebesar 65,69%, dengan availability 72,55%, performance efficiency 90,74%, dan quality rate 99,27%. Nilai tersebut menunjukkan efektivitas QCC berada pada kategori rata-rata dan belum mencapai kondisi ideal. Faktor-faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi penurunan efektivitas meliputi usia alat yang melewati umur teknis, ketidakteraturan jadwal kapal, serta keterbatasan kompetensi operator. Upaya peningkatan efektivitas dapat dilakukan melalui penerapan predictive maintenance, penerapan sistem koordinasi alokasi alat, serta program pelatihan berkelanjutan (refreshment training) bagi operator.
This study analyzes the effectiveness level of QCC at Koja Container Terminal, identifies the factors influencing its performance, and formulates appropriate improvement strategies. The analytical method used is Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) based on three indicators: availability, performance, and quality, supported by Fishbone Diagram, Pareto Chart, and the improvement planning using the 5W+1H approach. The results show an average OEE value is 65.69%, with availability at 72.55%, performance efficiency at 90.74%, and quality rate at 99.27%. Indicating that QCC effectiveness remains in the average category and has not yet reached the ideal condition. The dominant factors contributing to decreased effectiveness include equipment age exceeding its technical lifespan, irregular vessel schedules, and limited operator competency. Effectiveness improvement can be achieved through predictive maintenance, the establishment of an equipment allocation coordination system, and the continous operator refresher training.
