PENGARUH KAPABILITAS DAN MOTIVASI PERSONEL FASHARKAN JAKARTA TERHADAP HASIL PERBAIKAN GUNA MENDUKUNG KESIAPAN KRI

This study aims to evaluate the influence of personnel capability and motivation at Fasharkan Jakarta on repair outcomes in support of KRI (Republic of Indonesia Warship) readiness. As part of its core function, Fasharkan Jakarta plays a critical role in the maintenance and repair of KRIs in the Jakarta area. This research adopts a quantitative approach, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 62 active personnel directly involved in KRI repairs. The analysis shows that personnel capability, acquired through adequate experience and training and recognition for work performed significantly impact KRI repair outcomes. Statistical analysis and SWOT evaluation indicate a strong positive correlation between personnel capability (Pearson correlation: 70.3%) and motivation (Pearson correlation: 66.3%) with repair results. Furthermore, the IFAS (1.50) and EFAS (1.25) values fall within Quadrant I, suggesting that Fasharkan Jakarta has substantial internal strengths to capitalize on existing external opportunities. Overall, the combination of personnel capability and motivation contributes 52.9% to improvements in KRI repair outcomes. This study highlights the importance of investing in programs that enhance the capability and motivation of Fasharkan Jakarta personnel. Recommendations include improving the quality of training, providing leadership recognition for personnel achievements, and conducting further research into other factors that may influence personnel performance at Fasharkan Jakarta.
