PERSPEKTIF MAHASISWA JURUSAN PPKN STAMBUK 2022 TERHADAP KEBIJAKAN EFISIENSI PEMERINTAH DI LINGKUNGAN KAMPUS

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perspektif mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (PPKn) Stambuk 2022 terhadap kebijakan efisiensi pemerintah di lingkungan kampus. Kebijakan efisiensi yang dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah, terutama dalam sektor pendidikan, berfokus pada pengelolaan anggaran yang lebih efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi dampak kebijakan tersebut terhadap akses pendidikan, program beasiswa, dan kualitas layanan akademik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara kepada 15 mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa memiliki pandangan yang beragam mengenai kebijakan efisiensi. Sebagian besar responden mengkhawatirkan dampak negatif kebijakan ini terhadap kualitas pendidikan dan kesejahteraan mahasiswa, terutama terkait dengan pengurangan beasiswa dan fasilitas kampus. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan saran bagi pihak kampus dan pembuat kebijakan dalam merancang strategi efisiensi yang lebih adil dan berdampak positif bagi seluruh civitas akademika.

This study aims to analyze the perspectives of students of the Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) Department of Stambuk 2022 on the government's efficiency policy in the campus environment. The efficiency policy issued by the government, especially in the education sector, focuses on more effective and efficient budget management. This study identifies the impact of this policy on access to education, scholarship programs, and the quality of academic services. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection through interviews with 15 students. The results of the study show that students have diverse views on the efficiency policy. Most respondents are concerned about the negative impact of this policy on the quality of education and student welfare, especially related to the reduction of scholarships and campus facilities. This study is expected to provide suggestions for campuses and policy makers in designing efficiency strategies that are fairer and have a positive impact on the entire academic community.
