One important element in health that must be considered is reproductive health. Reproductive health problems often experienced by women include menstrual disorders, menstrual cramps (dysmenorrhea), and premenstrual syndrome (PMS). Women who have more nutritional status and a high body fat percentage will tend to experience desminorrhoea because the ratio of estrogen and progesterone will increase estrogen circulation in the luteal phase, causing excessive prostaglandin production. Another factor in the form of physical activity can stimulate the release of endorphins so that it can provide a feeling of comfort and reduce the pain of desminorrhoea. This research uses a cross sectional approach. The population in this study was 65 female students. The sample is the total population taken with the inclusion criteria of adult women aged 18-35 years and female students with over nutritional status. Desminorrhoea pain data was measured by the NRS questionnaire, physical activity data was measured by GPAQ, and percent body fat data was measured by BIA. Data collection was carried out on June 20 – July 18 2024 at Aisyah Pringsewu University. The data obtained was then analyzed using the Spearman test. The results of this study obtained data on respondents' percent body fat with an average of 38.33 and physical activity with an average of 7.75. The results of the Spearman test data analysis showed that there was no significant relationship between fat percentage and desminorrhoea pain with p=0.921 and there was a relationship between physical activity and desminorrhoea pain with p=0.000.
