Kelurahan Sukamaju in Sail District, Pekanbaru, lacked an accessible digital source of information on its administrative boundaries, public facilities, and government services, leaving residents dependent on manual visits to the kelurahan office. This study aimed to develop a digital administrative map and a QR-code-based website to provide the community with practical access to information on facility locations, administrative letter services, and local economic potential. The activity used a participatory approach, combining field data collection on boundaries and facilities with website design and QR code integration for mobile access. Data were gathered through direct observation and coordination with kelurahan officials, then compiled into a digital map linked to the website. The result was a functioning website and digital map that residents can access through smartphones, reducing the need for in-person visits for basic information and administrative inquiries. The program supports the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure) through the use of digital technology for public service delivery, SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities) through improved access to local information, and SDG 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions) through more transparent and accessible governance. This activity demonstrates how simple digital tools can strengthen public service accessibility at the kelurahan level.
