Abstrak

This study concisely reanalyzes secondary data from two published sources: a CNC Lathe machine at PT Ibara Lioho Indonesia (Firdaus & Ihsan, 2026) and a CNC Turning machine at Bengkel XYZ (Pratama & Syakhroni, 2025). The research assesses Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), identifies main loss factors, and offers improvement recommendations based on comparative analysis. Using OEE calculations and Six Big Losses analysis, the study finds that the CNC Lathe reached an OEE of 92.01% and the CNC Turning machine 75%. These results highlight the influence of operational practices and maintenance, indicating that preventive maintenance and operator training are crucial for achieving world-class OEE.
