Abstrak

The implementation of the labor social security program at PT. Berastagi Botanika Indonesia is reviewed from Law Number 24 of 2011 concerning the Social Security Administration Agency (BPJS) related to Health Insurance (JK). The problem in this study is what requirements must be met by workers to participate in the social security provider program and how to implement the labor social security program at PT. Berastagi Botanika Indonesia is reviewed from Law Number 24 of 2011 concerning the Social Security Organizing Agency (BPJS) related to Health Insurance (JK). This researcher uses an empirical juridical approach method, which tries to describe what requirements must be met by workers to participate in the social security provider program and how to implement the labor social security program at PT. Berastagi Botanika Indonesia is reviewed from Law Number 24 of 2011 concerning the Social Security Organizing Agency (BPJS) related to Health Insurance (JK). The data sources in this study are sourced from primary data and secondary data, while the data analysis used in this study is qualitative data analysis. To participate in the social security organizer program (BPJS), namely that every employee is required to receive a deduction of 5% of the salary every month for the payment of BPJS Employment contributions and The results of the study are known that the factors that cause the occurrence of In the requirements that must be met by workers Implementation of the labor social security program at PT. The company has made efforts to register each employee in the form of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, but the employee refuses to be registered because of the monthly discount of 5% so that there are still employees who are still not registered with BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
