Abstrak

Instalasi Pengolahan Lumpur Tinja (IPLT) Rabaras Kabupaten Sumbawa memiliki potensi bahaya yang dapat menimbulkan risiko keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) bagi pekerja, baik dari aspek fisik, kimia, biologi, maupun ergonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis risiko K3 dengan menggunakan pendekatan Conceptual Site Model (CSM) guna mengidentifikasi sumber bahaya, jalur paparan, serta penerima risiko di lingkungan kerja IPLT Rabaras. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara dengan pekerja, serta identifikasi bahaya dan penilaian risiko berdasarkan matriks risiko K3. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa potensi risiko utama di IPLT Rabaras meliputi paparan gas berbahaya, mikroorganisme patogen, kontak langsung dengan lumpur tinja, risiko terpeleset dan terjatuh, serta gangguan muskuloskeletal akibat aktivitas kerja manual. Penerapan CSM mampu memberikan gambaran hubungan antara sumber bahaya, media lingkungan, jalur paparan, dan pekerja sebagai penerima risiko. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperlukan upaya pengendalian risiko melalui penerapan alat pelindung diri (APD), perbaikan prosedur kerja, peningkatan fasilitas keselamatan, serta pelatihan K3 secara berkelanjutan untuk meminimalkan potensi kecelakaan kerja dan penyakit akibat kerja di IPLT Rabaras Kabupaten Sumbawa.

The Rabaras Fecal Sludge Treatment Plant (IPLT) in Sumbawa Regency has various potential hazards that may pose occupational safety and health (OSH) risks to workers, including physical, chemical, biological, and ergonomic hazards. This study aims to analyze OSH risks using the Conceptual Site Model (CSM) approach to identify hazard sources, exposure pathways, and risk receptors in the working environment of the Rabaras IPLT. The research employed a qualitative descriptive method through field observations, worker interviews, and hazard identification and risk assessment using an OSH risk matrix. The results indicate that the main risks at the Rabaras IPLT include exposure to hazardous gases, pathogenic microorganisms, direct contact with fecal sludge, slip and fall hazards, and musculoskeletal disorders resulting from manual work activities. The application of the CSM approach provides a comprehensive understanding of the relationship between hazard sources, environmental media, exposure pathways, and workers as risk receptors. Therefore, risk control measures are required, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), improvement of work procedures, enhancement of safety facilities, and continuous OSH training to reduce the potential for occupational accidents and work-related diseases at the Rabaras IPLT in Sumbawa Regency.
