GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN SITUASIONAL UNTUK MENCAPAI KUALITAS PRODUKSI FILM FIKSI RUMAH IMPIAN

Abstrak

Keberhasilan produksi film fiksi Rumah Impian dengan tema budaya matrilineal Minangkabau, sangat bergantung pada gaya kepemimpinan yang efektif. Penciptaan film ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi penerapan gaya kepemimpinan yang efektif dalam mencapai kualitas produksi yang optimal pada film fiksi Rumah Impian. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penciptaan (Persiapan, Perancangan, Perwujudan, Penyajian) dengan mengaplikasikan pendekatan Kepemimpinan Situasional. Model yang dikembangkan oleh Hersey dan Blanchard ini membagi gaya kepemimpinan menjadi empat aspek kunci: Telling, Selling, Participating, dan Delegating, yang disesuaikan secara dinamis dengan tingkat kesiapan dan kompetensi tim sepanjang fase pra-produksi, produksi, dan pasca-produksi. Hasil Penciptaan film fiksi Rumah Impian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model kepemimpinan ini memberikan struktur manajemen yang adaptif bagi produser, memastikan komunikasi yang efektif, pengelolaan risiko, dan menjaga integritas artistik. Pendekatan strategis ini berhasil menyelesaikan film yang memenuhi standar kualitas teknis, naratif, dan sinematik.

The success of the fiction film production, Rumah Impian (Dream House), which is themed on the matrilineal culture of Minangkabau, heavily relies on an effective leadership style. This film's creation aims to identify the application of an effective leadership style to achieve optimal production quality in the fiction film Rumah Impian. The method used is the creation method (Preparation, Design, Realization, Presentation) by applying the Situational Leadership approach. The model developed by Hersey and Blanchard divides leadership styles into four key aspects: Telling, Selling, Participating, and Delegating, which are dynamically adapted to the readiness and competence of the team throughout the pre-production, production, and post-production phases. The result of the creation of the fiction film Rumah Impian shows that the application of this leadership model provides an adaptive management structure for the producer, ensuring effective communication, risk management, and the preservation of artistic integrity. This strategic approach successfully completed a film that meets technical, narrative, and cinematic quality standards.
