ANALISIS ISU PENGANGGURAN DI INDONESIA: LITERATURE REVIEW

Abstrak

Pengangguran merupakan permasalahan kompleks yang berdampak pada pertumbuhan ekonomi dan kesejahteraan sosial di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis tren pengangguran, faktor penyebab, dampak sosial-ekonomi, serta efektivitas kebijakan pemerintah dalam mengatasinya. Metode yang digunakan adalah literature review terhadap berbagai sumber ilmiah periode 2019–2025 dari BPS, ILO, dan Google Scholar. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun tingkat pengangguran menurun dari 7,0% pada 2020 menjadi 4,76% pada 2025, permasalahan struktural seperti mismatch keterampilan, dominasi sektor informal, dan rendahnya kualitas pekerjaan masih terjadi. Program seperti Kartu Prakerja dan pelatihan BLK dinilai cukup membantu, namun efektivitasnya terbatas tanpa kolaborasi industri dan evaluasi berkelanjutan.

Unemployment is a complex problem that affects economic growth and social welfare in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze unemployment trends, contributing factors, socioeconomic impacts, and the effectiveness of government policies in addressing it. The method used is a literature review of various scientific sources from 2019 to 2025 from BPS, ILO, and Google Scholar. The results of the study show that although the unemployment rate decreased from 7.0% in 2020 to 4.76% in 2025, structural problems such as skills mismatch, the dominance of the informal sector, and low job quality still exist. Programs such as the Pre-Employment Card and BLK training are considered quite helpful, but their effectiveness is limited without industry collaboration and continuous evaluation.
